My parents have used Spectrum for at least 15 years. They always loved the quality work they do. I recently purchased my own home and knew I would be a customer of Spectrum as well. HIGHLY recommend :)
We had a ton of yellowjackets building a nest in one of our bedroom windows and they were all over the house, which posed a risk for my husband who is allergic (and who wants bees in their house anyways?) He called Spectrum and Brian came within the hour, treated the problem in 20 minutes and gave us a guarantee to come back if the treatment wasn’t effective within a few days. We’re about 3-4 days out and happy to report that the yellowjackets are completely gone! We have been watching them drop like dead flies over the last few days and as of today, there are none alive or coming back around the area. Top notch service and worth every penny. We’ll look into more preventative measures soon, but we’re very satisfied with the service!
